Holy Sword does not improve Shurikin's

I could not get the crit boosting effects from holy sword to work on shurikins. I don't know if the other aspects of holy sword worked or not. I would assume this bug extends to all throwing weapons.

I think its primary for Melees and Ranged (non-Thrower) builds.

Overall, I think its good that it can work for some builds but not all.

As far as I know, throwing weapons (or at least shurikens) don't play nice with some crit range or multiplier bonuses, I think ninja spy had that issue too, might just be competence (or all non-feat base, or some?) but it's an issue with more than just holy sword, I know that much.
