Yes why would it not be?

    damage boost increased your damage.

Melee power scales your damage after the boost.

I do not think it is. The damage boosts in KotC and the one in vanguard are giving +melee power damage. It is only some of the legacy ones in other trees such as human, kensai and power of the forge that are working as seperate multipliers that are not additive. They changed Fury, and Zeal of the Righteous to be additively stacking, I imagine these will also eventually change as well.

Depends on the source of the boosts I think.

Racial boosts have always stacked with enhancement boosts for example.

Possible more specific which boosts are stacking OP ?

i consider damage boosts turning from +30% dmg into +30 mp as a big nerf.

i really hope that doesnt go live.
You are but a lamb, ignorant of your own ignorance. You no longer interest me.

Yep, we'll be back to the olden days of "go haste boost or go home".

how is that a nerf? 30% damage only went by weapon damage. were as melee power increases all damage, including some additions such as kotc light dmg, etc.

The only thing that 30 MP increases is really the light dmg from Kotc, the rest is the same. The *big* difference is that people will be running around with roughly 100 MP. This means that you'll get a multiplier of *(1+1+0.3) i.e. *2.3. So if you do 1 damage, that means 2.3 damage with the boost. If you instead had 100 MP (no MP boost) and 30% damage boost, you'd get 1*2*1.3 = 2.6, that is, about 13% more damage, effectively. In other words, the old boost was multiplicative with everything, the new one is additative with MP and is thus half as effective.

don't worry it will be in line with spell power boost, doing exactly the same thing. And everyone knows how good the spell power boost is right?!
