Know the Angles not give 1/2 INT mod damage

Know the Angles from Harper tree not give 1/2 INT mod damage, but give 1/2 INT mod STR:
(Effects): You benefit from your Know The Angles.
(Effects): --- Insight modifier to Strength: +11

Obviously a bug?
