    Default Strategic combat 1 and 2 not working with handwraps

    It shows it's being applied on the handwraps but it's not giving the bonus...which this is a totally surprise handwraps are bugged!

    It's getting to the point where I think giving up on handwraps and using shortswords is a better choice.
