Tolero or any of the QMX's: Why is the bag storage inventory tab not included in the current sale?

Asking nicely/sincerely/politely, if you could please explain the reasoning/rationale behind it, it would be very much greatly appreciated!

P.S. Any chance at getting a account wide inventory/character bank/TR cache search sometime in the next 1 or 2 years?
P.P.S I and I hope many others would love for that feature to be available out of game as well! Or at the log in screen!

Now if you could just work on a account wide inventory search that includes character bank & TR cache, and available at the log in screen and out of game!
(Preferably not to expensive either).
