The Heal channel is a public chat channel. It is for anything related to healing. To enter the channel, type /joinchannel Heal. One must enable your Userchat1 within your chat box, for incoming messages. To talk about Heal, type /1 <message> . There are a lot of topics about healing. I offer healing potions, wands and scrolls within the Heal channel. Usually, there are only five members in Heal. I have it enabled w/ my cleric and my healing bard.

The most important aspect about healing is being able to raise dead.

For new players, I suggest you be very weary about parties that require self healing because healing is the most important part of a public game. Self healing parties do care about each other and will heal each other. But, if your character dies too frequently, you will lose your place in the party which is a very bad aspect of a public game. To older DDO members, try to remember this. Its important.

Finally, there is a great addition to the game. It is called healing amplification. This functions to increase your personal qualities to improve your character's amount of healing when someone else heals you.

Thank you for your responses, especially jellyfish.
I play a healer and will check out your channel. But to be honest I am skeptical about it, because I don't share your opinion on need-of-heals. Nevertheless I will give it a chance.
