Can anyone talk about the changes to this? I briefly read the proposed change but would be interested in those who are able to experience it on Lam (as I am not) & give feedback.
Some of the main points
First - There is no swinging at the air with tactical feats to charge up a Blitz
Second - 5 Minutes Cooldown on activation
Third - Stacks no longer occur on a KILL, but now each hit has a 10% chance of gaining a stack
Forth - Two versions of Master's Blitz - One gives 50% dodge which is capped by your personal Dodge Cap, or PRR bonus
Fifth - Because stacks are gained on HIT, keeping or activating Blitz on a Boss Fight is now possible.
This opens up Master's Blitz for a much larger group

Basically starting a Blitz is the same pain it always was (need to warn entire party) as you start with 2 stacks, then 1 instantly decays, so you really only start with 1 stack. It's very easy to lose this unless you cleave a group of mobs at start.
Solution:
Start blitz with 4 stacks (will really be 3, as first stack decays instantly)
