I've found the "Play instantly" version is a bit more reliable for installing as it uses a different install engine.

Yeah. Was about to try that but I found a link that got me a slightly older installer that worked.

When I try to install with the play instantly option, the minimum buffer is 7281.6 MB which is the same as the full game.
