12/6/2 Halfling - Monk/Ranger/Paladin (Need help with creating this build)

Hello!!

I've finally hit level cap on my ****** barbarian! After a long time of deciding I finally ''came'' up with a build for my toon.
As in the title (12/6/2 Halfling - Monk/Ranger/Paladin)
What I need help with is to create this level for level (32 Point)
I also need help with what skills to focus on and feats.
Pretty much everything lol.
