Little help with an LR

I have been on the TR train with a partner, but they're gone. I'm level 10, and... you know, last time I was the boring practical one with the rock solid toon. This time, I was doing something goofy because I could get away with it, and feel like tissue paper without hardy backup.

My current life is as a Warforged Rogue 2 / Ranger 6 / Wizard 2. (I was looking at a scamming a Wizard PL off of an Arcane Archer build mostly for cheap Displacement and whimsy, plus I promised to cover traps. The idea was to rush to 20 and TR again if it sucked super hard. It was going fine with help.)

I have a +3 Lesser Heart, and want to flip to a Monkcher for lack of more creative ideas - this is my first time using Manyshot, and I want 10K Stars to go with it. Sounds like fun.

My current resources are:
* 36 point build with +4 tomes across the board.
* Sorc and Arti PLs
* Mediocre gear. I'm not hurting for the basics - Cannith crafted trapmonkey stuff, Eveningstar commendation things. I have never participated in a DDO raid or EE content though, so there's really nothing to write home about in here.

If possible, I would like to be able to contribute to epic content. If not, I'll just TR and play smarter next time.

If anybody could point to a full build for me to look over, I'd be appreciative.

Failing that, I'm mostly stuck on stuff like:
* Do I need Overwhelming Critical, or can I dump it and go Precision?
* Should I grab Combat Archery?
* How much Wisdom do I need to make 10K Stars work properly?

I know the whole deal is a little suboptimal, so I'm open to suggestions other than Monkcher. That said, I want to focus primarily on ranged combat and retain full trapping.
