Barely. Esp on a sorc. It might be worth using on a palemaster, since instakill spells have a fairly long cooldown compared to the 3 seconds a sorc has to wait on fireball.

And I'm pretty sure it has no effect on any epic abilities like energy burst, dragon breath, divine wrath, tsunami etc.

Three stacks with the stance means +10% DPS. Whether you notice it or not is a different issue entirely.

Not really. It reduces the cooldown by 10%. It doesnt reduce casting time, and it only works on spells, not sla's not epic abilities. So you cast a fireball, then a sla fireball, then delayed blast fireball, and now your fireball goes from 3 seconds to 2.7 seconds of cooldown, but everything is dead already, and the fireball would be off cooldown by now anyway.

The 9% spell critical would be better for an elemental nuker build, ie, a sorc.

Well I was assuming spamming a single skill. Yes if you're chaining SLA's and different spells that do basically the same thing it's not going to be as noticeable.

If you have lots of spells you're rotating through, maybe not.

But if you hate waiting for things like Finger/Wail/PWK, etc. to get off cooldown, you'll notice.
