    Default Destinies wiped out after etr; in game support not working

    I etr'ed my toon Homisidal today. After leveling to 20, I went to the fate spinner to spend my fate points and discovered all of my destinies have been wiped out. I tried to submit a ticket but in-game support is not working. If someone who works at Turbine happens to read this, it will be greatly appreciated if you could get someone to look into this.

    I have had this happen twice (once on each on different characters) and both time a GM was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. I know the sinking feeling when you realize all that XP is missing.

    Now as for the in-game support, have you tried pressing F5 - the screen is just a simplified browser and F5 will sometimes refresh the screen so you can put in a ticket.

    I would recommend doing this the next time you are on and can be on waiting for them to answer the ticket.

    It's not a case of the In-game support not working. It's more a long the line of they aren't working at all.

    Support hours changed a while back. See this for more info. It sucks but there you go. They will be able to sort it out, you just need to be able to get on when there is someone about.

    Hope you get things resolved

    Always reset your twists before any kind of reincarnating to avoid this.

    The page is throwing up a SSL protocol error for him.

    Homi, I had this happen a couple months ago and in-game support refused to help me (even a senior GM said the same). I had to call and have account support put in a ticket with a In-game supervisor to get anything done and even then it took a while.

    I got the issue resolved today. I did what Preppy said to do. I called the phone support line and they submitted an in-game ticket for me. A big Thanks! to Sid at phone support. I had to wait about 15 minutes. A GM responded and was able to restore my destinies for me. Another big Thanks! to Blythe the GM for his help.

    I still have no way to submit a ticket in-game. Preppy is correct. I am getting a white screen with "SSL Protocol Error" written across it where the ticket window is supposed to be. I can tell that support is still functioning because I got the red exclamation point that indicated my ticket had been updated. I just had no way to check on it to see what it had been updated to. As long as I have to work around to call phone support, I'm not going to worry about it.

    I appreciate the responses. Now I'm off to re-spend my destiny points.
