Question about Intense Faith (AoV 4)

Intense Faith (AoV4) adds +3 CL to fire, force, light and physical spells.
Does it apply only to FvS spells/slas or also to spells from your other class levels (for example, on a D15/FvS4/W1, on your druid spells)?

The FVS enhancements for Force / Fire spells do work on spells from other classes.

In fact, I consider it a major design mistake that Just Reward is in tier 2 of an FVS tree, since it is clearly a Wizard enhancement...! Tier1 Scourge is also more of a Wizard than FVS enhancement, but it's not as important.

Thanks. I also found a shiradi build, that was based on this enhancement to reach CL9 on MM with only 1 wiz level, to confirm that intense faith works on other classes' spells.

It also works on certain epic spells SLA like divine wrath
