Build request: 14 sorc / 6 Monk (8 EPIC with DI-ED)

Hi Folks!

I wanna TR into some 14 sorc / 6 Monk. I´ve never played a sorcerer and i´m asking for your advices of what to take or better leave. What would be the best configuration?

My wishes:

- want to be Human (maybe HELF)
- want self-healing with FOL
- Fire savant
- making best use of fire + force spell power
- C3 Henshin for staff and 15% fire and force spell-power
- wanna stun with T5 shintao "Kukan-do" (guess synergy with high CHA is useful)
- take master or grandmaster of forms by spending feat Point(s) for some AC+PRR and able to survive in Close-combat (?)
- best possible DPS with staff when forced into meele, making use of cleave / great cleave / whirlwind (?)
- Need high dodge
. what spells besides Fireball ?
- recommend UMD (?)
- high save

My ressources:
- 36 pts build
- 3x PL Monk
- 1x EPL martial sphere "fortification"
Tomes:
+5 STR
+4 DEX
+5 CON
+4 INT
+5 WIS
+4 CHA

I really want to have it 14 sorc / 6 Monk with this build to make "my experience" so i can reflect over for a maybe better class-level-mix.

How would you build it?

You walk into a room of 5 Mobs, (4 Melee, 1 Caster) on EE. THey want to kill you.

What will this build do?

Once you answer that question, you can start building for it. Will you start casting fireballs and energy bursting and hopping around?

Or will you come in and try to AoE trip them all, then Energy burst and start cleaving with Energy Vortex ticking? Will you cast Fireball SLA every time it's off cooldown?

Are you maxing CHA for EB/Kukan? If so your meleeing with Qstaff will be very lackluster damage. Especailly if you're going T5 in Shintao. And if you do that, you can't go T5 for Fireball SLA. Have to make some choices there. Getting your casting DC's to be viable with CHA will limit your ability to do anything useful with a Qstaff besides build Ki and give enemies fire Vulnerability (which is kinda nice) because your Dex and Wisdom won't be as high.
