It looks like the "Cleaning up old connection..." problem is alive and well on Orien

After locking things up in one of the House K quests, forcing me to log out and exit the game to clear, it seems I can't get logged in to Orien again. I can happily log into other servers, and I can log into Orien from a different account. I did a quick search on the forums for a solution, but didn't turn up anything other than "get someone to reset your account." I'm a "premium" player, and it's been a while since I bought anything, so I'm guessing that might not work. Any advice? I'm probably missing an obvious fix, but I can't find it!

Tried Rebooting
waited 20min and nothing happened
Cant logon to Kypher - Shadomage
