    Default Error 0x8004301c

    Hello,

    When I log in into game I get strange error(also game tends to freeze due to this). Here's full msg:

    (Error): Error 0x8004301c received when trying to retrieve information about any support tickets associated with this account.

    Is there anything u can do to fix this? I think it's related to ticket I've sent about year ago(had a real break meanwhile)

    One more question: is there any way I can check my past turbine points earnings/purchases related to my account?

    Thanks a lot. I get this every time I log on. Happy that it doesn't freeze the game for me. It does slightly freeze until everything loads in. But I can manage. Glad it isn't a worrisome error.

    I can see this (or similar) message too for every login since last year. You can ignore it.
