Unable to Log on Ghallandra

About 10 minutes ago I hit a long load screen teleporting to house K bank. I crashed my client and attempted to relog and am not able to get past the "clearing old connections" screen. I was able to log on Sarlona but not G-land

I am having similar issues, was in a lag situation for over 10 minutes, logged out when logging back in it just wont work. Great service, hope we all get a refund for our hard earned money. Getting tired of this incompetent situation, when they announce a fix they take a day when they say an hour now they don't even announce fixes anymore.

It is hard to understand that a company with that many resources especially the financial ones, cannot afford to upgrade and maintain the servers in a professional and customer oriented way.

I might help is you spelt the server's name correctly.

When you get stuck in a load screen and close client, I've found that it can take anywhere from 1-20 minutes to be able to log back into the server. This is normal, though annoying. You'll have to keep trying until you can get back in.
