Default Can VIP's buy adventure packs while they are still have subscribed days left?

I keep going to buy adventure pack that are on sale, like the current Haunted Halls of Evenningstar sale, only to find that I can't take advantage of said sales while a VIP. I'd like to buy them for when my subscription ends, and can see them with the "character-based filter" turned off, but it seems a VIP buying permanent access to a questline is not an option.

Am I missing some method or button that allows me to buy them? Or am I just going to have to give up on sales while I'm a VIP?

Edit: Argh, changed the title before posting thread, and forgot to delete a word. "While they are still have" just sounds wrong.

you cant buy adventure packs until your VIP end date is over, even if you technically already cancelled. I don't know if its the day of, but I know its the day after your sub date.

You are the one choosing not to play alts.

Casual player now investing way less than I used to into the game, playing 1-3 months at a time and still want nothing to do with Reaper. #improvepuggrouping#alldifficultiesmatter

It's to,protect you from buying what you already have access to, they should make a path for those who wish to,leave VIP

One of the things that I do, is that when there is something new in any adventure pack content, I see when my subscription is renewing for 6 months, and a few days before renew, I cancel my subscription, and buy with the 500TP of each month the pack, and after buy it, renew the susbcription again for other 6 months, because I think like you that even if I have a VIP subscription, I want to have them in my account whether I am VIP as if not.
With the two expansion, I was saving my 500TP and then I bought it. I dont think like some players, the need to pay more money for example to buy the expansions.

This continues to be an ongoing complaint from some VIPs.

It's also a switching cost tactic, making it a little more difficult to transition from VIP to Premium.

    Yes, you can. But...

You have to contact turbine support so they can be manually bought and added to your account.

Yeah, that tends to be what I use my 500 monthly points as well, but I would still be missing the sales, so I was wondering if there's a way to do so without waiting until my subscription ends.

Do you mean contacting the account related customer support? As, if memory serves, that's the one that can be contacted via phone, which would be great. Thanks, the thought hadn't even crossed my mind!
