Stuck in LR

I LR'ed a toon. Logged out. On Login Screen, I select the toon. Click Reincarnate. Type in Character Name. Character Creation comes up. I allocate stats, allocate skills, select feats, and choose appearance. I click Create. An Error Box comes up saying "UNKOWN!" and and OK button. I click OK. Create is now greyed out. Only thing I can do is click Exit Character Generation.

I do that. Back to toon selection screen. I try again. Same results. I try again. Same results. I reboot client. Try again. Same results.

I try to select the toon and click ENTER to log into the toon. I get "Your Character is Still being Saved" with an OK button.

I log into another toon and open a ticket. The GM closes it and tells me to contact Technical Support. Gives me a dead link to use that doesn't work.

I just went in and created a Customer Support Ticket.

All other toons are working fine.

Anyone else get this? Any idea what is wrong?

Never had that happen, but are you trying to get single weapon fighting? Try not taking the feat at level 1. And before you do, could you codeblock the choices you made if swf is the issue? Because I can make level 1's with swf, but see reports of people having issue with it.

I did not choose SWF. I chose Stunning Fist as my monk feat and TWF as my regular feat. I had 18 dex, so I was good on the pre-reqs.

No response from customer support. It's fun to be ignored as a paying customer.

Issue resolved. No idea what was wrong. Customer Support fixed it after about a week and a few "we are working on it" emails.

If you get a survey email, take it and let them know the lack of communication was unsettling.

I know they may not be able to tell you what they found out, but at least it would help everyone. because not knowing really blows.
