Unable to get on Lammania

I have downloaded the separate client for Lammania but whenever i try to log on its always says the server is down, I have tryed to re-download the client 2 times and it still does not work at all, Wondering if this has happened to anyone else before and what I need to do to fix it or just different instructions on downloading the world

Lamannia is only open when we are previewing upcoming content, so the server is not currently available. You can expect it to return as we get closer to the release of Update 23.

Wondering if Lammania uptime notice could be posted to social media? I currently follow the DDO Twitter account, and would be interested in following a separate Lam twitter feed. I have only ever been able to "catch" the Lam server open a few times, but I do have an interest in the betas. If they are already posting to the DDO feed, I must be missing them.

They are posted to the main social feeds, although it hasn't always been consistent. We'll make a point to announce Lamannia openings more regularly on our social feeds.
