Completing Epic Quest Arcs now add two Heart Seeds into the End Reward list for that quest arc.

Still seems not correct. I tested it and it does appear in quest end rewards not the quest arc reward. I think you would be looking for:

Completing Epic quests now adds two Heart Seeds into the End Reward list for that quest once a character has reached level cap. This only applies to quests where Commendations of Valor currently appear, including Epic Quests on Normal, Hard, or Elite that are not ransacked.

What was the Sign of the Silver Flame not doing WAI before now? My guild is still using the legacy fire resistant shrine so I was just wondering.

Also neither the wiki or the official guide says that the Grand Reliquary grants the Sign of the Silver Flame's light Spellpower, but does anyone know if it actually does so, as it's supposed to consolidate the Sign's abilities with the other two resist/spellpower shrines?

The Magic Backlash ability no longer triggers when the character is being healed (through the Monk's Fist of Light ability, for example.)

That was sure the most urgent thing to fix in the whole game. It was soooooo OP, and soooooo game breaking. I know many monkchers, shiradi casters and centered kensai who have rerolled for a 17/3.

It was never a Fotm as it's not ubber dps (fyi this ability only works on trash/orange and one by one - it doesn't render mobs helpless, only prone), it was a very personnal build (drow 2wf 11 clr 6 rgr 3 mnk), not even optimal for EE (too low saves).

It was really a flavor build (Celestia/TF shrotsword which is kind of a heavy investment), so yeah when flavor is nerfed prior to OP/fotm I feel it curious.

It's still playable as it still has the same dps, manyshot and the same healing capacities but it lost some of its fun.


And, now, fotm speaking, can you remind me which OP fotm was nerfed recently ? Shiradi casters and monkcher still run untouched.
