What is the lowest level Cormyrian weapons can have the lifestealing mutation?

The wiki is not completely correct.

I ended up with +6 and +8 stunners trying for +10 ml: 16 stunners.
Also on ml: 16 gear, I ended up with +1 combat mastery

When running through 80 ml: 16 items, I did not get one Lifestealing. It could have been the most abysmal luck ever, but it might also be impossible at level 16. That's why I asked here.

Tried myself, didn't get any lifestelaing. I asked around, no one has seen it as of now. But no one really went and trashed mats to find out...

Life Stealing is still in there. Its just not easy to get. Requires tons of mats and luck to get one especially one with other decent mutations.

I've also read it's roughly 20-30% chance - Imo even on a 15-20 crit you're probably not going to see it go off that often. Better off with a freezing ice.

OP, seeing how this thread has come back--have you found a life stealing weapon in that level range?
I have a level 24 one that works wonders:


Freezing ice does not work in epics, unfortunately, but works very well in heroics.
