They are not available yet... They will be available once Patch 2 ( that is on Lamannia ) right now hits live.
On G-Land : Flavilandile, Blacklock, Yaelle, Millishande, Larilandile, Gildalinde, Tenalafel, and many other...

Yes, last night I ran Waterworks (Lost Seekers) on Normal, and I got "Danger Room" offered a quest-reward from Guard Tember.

Some guildies mentioned hearing/linked some that others got in a low level quest. looks like they are on the level as astral diamonds.

I got a Forbidden Library deed in the Tangleroot Gorge quest chain end reward list shortly after the update, but so far it's the only one I've seen.
Pretty much like the diamond of vitality +20 that can drop in the Crucible underwater bonus chest - I pulled one right after the update in which they were introduced, and then never again, even though I've checked every time I've run the quest.

I found a bar amenity in the chain end reward list for deleras. was a fairly pitiful amenity, and I had to run the chain again to get a second voice for my masters augment

some weeks ago, i got the Otto's Irresistible Dancehall.
Don't know what quest exactly it was, found when i wanted to sell trash ;-) but it was an Epic Quest, >Level 25 EE.- new to Orien - let's have a look -

It was ethier Delaras Tomb or Catacombs but I pulled a Orien Express about 3 Weeks ago.
