On Saturday, July 12th, English phone support will no longer be available on the weekends. Our new phone hours will be 12 pm – 7 pm ET Monday to Friday.
While we will not be available for phone calls on the weekend, you can always send us an email at support.turbine.com. We’re also available for assistance via Twitter. Tweet us at @DDOSupport and we will be happy to assist you. You may also wish to post on the forums and other players experiencing similar issues may be able to provide you with feedback.
I understand that this change will make it harder for you to get in touch directly with an account support agent on the those weekend days, but this change was necessary to ensure that we are able to continue to provide you with the best possible customer service experience when you contact us. Our commitment to making sure that every interaction you have with our support agents is a pleasant one has not changed.
