Tuesday Night Abbotfest Hosted by the High Lords of Malkier, all summer long!

Wow this event has been going on every week for over 2 years! I decided to rewrite the OP because it was a little outdated, but the event continues!

The High Lords of Malkier have been running Tuesday Night Abbotfest in guild since 2010 and we opened the event to the public in 2014 when epic necro 4 was announced.

If you're new, here's how to flag for heroic Abbot. It requires some effort to flag, but this 9 year old raid contains some unique and coveted loot that is still relevant by today's standards! These events will not be as formal as our teaching raids, but will be newbie friendly and we're happy to teach first-timers what they need to know to learn the raid. Abbot is kind of a tricky raid and can be difficult or impossible to learn in a pug since this raid isn't pugged much any more. So if you've been wanting to learn abbot, please join us!


What: heroic elite Abbot raid (Accursed Ascension)
When: every Tuesday night at 9pm EST
Where: Upper Necropolis
How: click on the lfm at 9pm EST. First come first served, we do not take reservations. Must be flagged. No level restrictions. Please do not be anonymous when hitting the lfm.

We usually run at least a couple Abbots and sometimes 3 or 4

4 great abbots tonight! We had 3 people that were new to the raid and with astonishing luck, one of the new people pulled a Quiver of Alacrity in back to back runs! He was nice enough to roll the second one off

But!... one of my guildies is hosting a Thursday night Titan raid event that is open to the whole server and he is happy to teach new players. he hosts it most Thursday nights at 8pm EST so watch the lfms if you're interested!

Quick question. What time (in EST) do you usually do your last run. I have face-to-face gaming on Tuesdays and don't usually get home until 10pm EST or so and haven't seen any postings up at that time.

It's really hard to say what time the final run will start. Too many variables... time to fill... beatdown due to a puzzle failing... variable number of runs... new players requiring explanations... gremlins... too many things to calculate. Try sending me a tell when you get home from gaming and we'll go from there
