Shadow of a Doubt bug

I'm at the end, with Cpt Hillard. Barriers didn't drop after I killed all shadows. I filed a ticket. Been waiting over 10 minutes for help.

While waiting, I DD'd out and ran through Wheloon looking for shadows with no luck.

Yep you have to talk to him again after all the Shadows are dead or you won't be able to proceed. Basically click on him after the shadows die and click the only option of "Close window".

If the you did not get the audio message "the barrier is down, go while you can..." then you did not kill all of the shadows and talking to Cpt Hilliard won't make a diference.

So after you hear "the barrier is down, go while you can.." click on Cpt. Hillary and then Close Window to proceed.

If this is not the case, you may or may not have had a shadow stuck under the stairs by the war wizard if you did not recive the audio msg the barrier is down. An AOE will clear it.

Cpt Hillard just kept saying "Look out". I didn't see a shadow and I ran the area a few times. Next time will try an AoE. Thanks!

Yep stuck shadow. Usually under the stairs where it makes a 90 degree turn and on the side near the war wizard.
