Game not running

Hi,
I've just reinstalled the game and downloaded all the update but when I run the launcher, after having logged in and chosed on which server to play, the game abort and nothig happen.

I've windows 7 installed, with avira antivirus and ddolauncher, ddoinvoker and ddopreload allowed on windows firewall.

How to come back to the game ?

Now having try to run it again, application is stucked on "installing pre reqs"

What about if I turn off avira and keep window defender running ?
(just tried, nothing has changed !!)

So I've to play with no antivirus running ? Is it safe ?

Sorry if I instist but I just had finished formatting and installing everything due to a virus/malware !!
