Lamannia is only up when they are actively previewing something. Otherwise its closed.

Yes, it's why you see the population of the game decrease during development phases; people are on lammania, instead. It's almost like an official private server that detracts from the game itself. Still, developmental input is necessary.

Yeah, I hope they put those enhancement changes on there to test. A bunch of one way discussion leads me to believe they have it internally and are prepping it for us to check out.
