paypal needs billing address

Hello,

I try to buy points but at the last step the side jumps back to "check your informations", Turbine needs your billing address. Turbine knows my billing adress, paypal knows my billing address. both are the same. Any idea what could be done?

A quick answer is appreciated.

Edit:
A friend tried to buy me points over my account with his paypal account. It doesn't work either. "We are unable to perform that transaction" or something.

This is a bug that I can't get resolved either.
