    UPDATE: The maintenance window has been extended until 2:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT). We apologize for the inconvenience, and will keep you updated.

    The DDO Game Servers and http://myaccount.turbine.com will be offline for maintenance on Monday, June 23rd from 6:00 to 11:00 Eastern (-4 GMT). The forums will remain up, but players may not be able to log in. Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon!

    Just a routine maintenance or a maintenance regarding something specific?

    We need details, dangit! *Slams fist on imaginary table*
    Just a random, forgettable NPC doing things an NPC does
    Things that NPCs do include, but are not limited to:

    Having a gold goblet over my head to indicate availability of a quest
    Having a catchphrase that never really catches on
    Having various rewards that are generally not worth the trouble
    Wandering around randomly
    Giving out obvious information if it wasn't obvious enough
    Repeating the same lines over and over again
    Repeating the same lines over and over again

    everybody knows we dont get details untill a hour or so before the thing is dropped.

    but we can all hope

    Its most likely to correct a current feature associated with the new bank tab.

    Might be wise to empty that tab prior to maintenance.

    I've been having trouble accessing the game since early Sunday morning GMT+10 (around 24 hours). The maintenance isn't scheduled for another 2-3 hours from my current time as far as I can tell. I get a 0xffffffff80004005 error code. Any idea whether this is from my end, Cordovan?

    Will we be able to call customer support? I just bought the Underdark expansion, used the code and all, log into the game but all I am getting is Epic levels, that is it. It says I have it in MyAccount but it is acting as though I do not have it fully in game. Was planning on getting XP for the destinies but....nope. Not sure what is going on, I need help. Yes I sent in a help ticket, nothing. =/

    Yes, Account Support (which is the group you want to contact for your particular issue) can be reached either by phone or through support.turbine.com.

    Why dont you do your maintenance next time with a announced 6am-2pm window ?
    Extended downtimes are the most irritating thing to me with your communication with us.
    I think you have extended 80% of your maintenance downtimes. Just look at your data and deal accordingly.
    It always sucks for me to have to deal with maintenance breaks but im angry when you always extend it propably knowing you have to do that.

    So, I get up this morning to lots of rain, and figure, yay, I'll play some DDO. Oops, maintenance, so I clean house instead. Then the time runs around to "They're up, yay", only their not. Stop toying with my emotions... /cry

    support.turbine.com gave me 1 generic automated response that did not help anything and Turbine phone support is down for the day.

    that's a known issue imho

    what made me angrier was being unable to log forum, then i thought "wow, a real maintenance, they said forums would be up" now try to logging, nothing, check forum and...

    again? please turbine, i left 9 months ago for what i consider "bad customer management" but my d&d love brought me back, yesterday

    i had pretty clear in my mind not spending $ again til u showed me that things had changed (and not ingame meanings) but what i undertand u are suggesting me is... leave again and never look back?

    with such a good product (we know, blame d&d not me, turbine nor warner, u like the damm product) can't believe u are yet using such bad practices as extending a downtime

    yes, sorry, it is a bad practice when it happens always (it's not sporadic nor casual, its common and routinary), and u should know nobody likes extended downtime

    however, everybody likes shortened downtime

    not gonna waste more time typing because its not even sure u will read it, sorry cause u are the head that shows, but when something that community doesnt like keeps happening is cause they hadn't enough complains reported, and for me its hard to understand how can this happen? if every downtime post is filled of ppl saying "again?"
    psykopeta is finally baconpletionist because there isn't anything to delay it more - thelanis, where the gimps claim to be pros and noobs claim to be pros, no newbies allowed(unless they claim to be pros), we have enough drama w/o them. PS: I post only in the latest thread shown in main page, in the weird case u want something from me, feel free to send pm
