Anyone who has had an anthem item in the past likely knows that it has had a dark and sordid past, usually accompanied with whispers of 'will it work this time?' This thread is intended to be a place to store the current state of anthem items.
State of anthem as of:

Elyd Edge - working
Stormsinger Cloak - working
Blasting Chime - working
Topaz of Anthem - working
Testing method:
16 bard / 2 fighter / 2 ranger female elf.
Standing next to mailbox in Gianthold. Record base number of songs, sing Inspire Courage. Equip anthem item to be tested, and cast extended Rage. When rage timer has expired (5:12), song should have regenerated.
Blasting Chime is Epic Blasting Chime Tier 1.
Elyd Edge is Epic Elyd Edge with nothing slotted.
Stormsinger Cloak is base item.
Topaz of Anthem is slotted into Topaz slot in Epic Cape of the Roc.

Thank you for posting this thread. I hadn't tried an Anthem item in at least a year or two, but now that Bards have gained some recent popularity and I'm running one again... This is very helpful for all the bard players out there.

Yes. Or at least it did the last time I played my epic bard. Unfortunately, it does nothing to Spellsong Vigor, but since the description says, "Inspire Heroics, Inspire Competence, or Song of Freedom," this is probably WAI. Originally Posted by darkovac

Does Anthem stack with Bard Virtuoso II song regeneration? Someone just edited the wiki to say that it doesn't any more. http://ddowiki.com/index.php?title=A...0&oldid=144661
Author of Info Blue UI Skin (Really wish Turbine would update the skinning interface and enable all the new UI parts.)
If you don't have an SSD, you should be using DDOPreload (fixes the slow first login issue)

Sorry for the necro, but this thread is linked to via DDOwiki, so figured it's more viable for my little comment.
Anthem does indeed stack with the bard Virtuoso ability. However, what wasn't clear in the OP was if different sources of anthem stack with each other (when I first read it I thought you had all 4 anthem items equipped and they all worked). Alas, it seems they do not. At least, the Topaz of Anthem and Epic Elyd's Edge do not stack. I have an item with the topaz and EEE and Virtuoso, and only get back 2 songs every 5 minutes or so. (spend the last 25 minutes testing it with only one and the other equipped then both to make sure... can't turn virtuoso off).
