My Account self-canceled? Or turbine goofed?

I've been a VIP subscriber for the past several months. I had a recurring 3 month subscription. I say had, because about 10 minutes ago I logged on to find out I am now once again only Premium. This is odd considering I did not cancel the subscription, and it seems turbine's account page is not allowing me to re-subscribe to VIP status. I know my credentials are in order and all my information is correct.

So... If this is turbine's way of telling me that DDO is not worth paying for anymore, I have to say it's a pretty good way to get your point across.

Did your credit card expire ?

I had something like that happen to me when my credit card expired... and I hadn't put the information for the new one.

Otherwise it might be that the transaction was rejected by your bank for whatever reason...

Check your account to see what happened.
