Iconic to other race

Is the only way to get back to a non-iconic race from an iconic race (shadar kai to drow, for example) is to use an iconic heart and start over at level 1?

I'm level 28 iconic, and I really just want to change to drow without playing every level all over again. Is there a way?

The only way to change race is by TRing. That goes for both the Iconics and regular races; the only difference is Iconics have to hit level cap to ITR while other races can HTR at lvl 20.

Iconic Reincarnation is the only method to change out of an iconic race to non-iconic race

As for not running the levels again outside of:

Storing up daily dice XP stones
or
Using DDO's Store XP options

You will have to level from 1
