It's a test server, they don't need to give any warning when it comes down or give any reason.

Last notice was that it would be down until 3PM Eastern (-4)

So as far as I know trying to get in before that would be pointless.

nvm: this is LAM - I don't think they have any written rules on how much time they give notice for.

Since Update 22 is on live now I would assume it will be down until they are ready to test a patch or the next update. (So weeks to months most likely)

When I take down my game test server I usually give no notice.
