Problems with

Hiyas Folks! My wife and I are having a problem logging into DDO on the Cannith server. We log in fine the first time then we we log out and try to log back in and we get to where the loading progress bar gets about half way then we crash to desktop and when we try to log back in we get some kind of error saying that the game must Run_in_Launcher. The wife tried so much yesterday that she ultimately deleted DDO from her laptop and then re-downloaded and re-installed the game. It worked the first time this morning but gave us the same error. The thing is we can still connect to other servers but not our main one, Cannith. My wife is using a late 2011 macbook pro laptop and I am using a late 2009 Mac mini. Any help/suggestions?

It's not a problem on your end. Either there is a problem with the Cannith server its self or the server truly is full. If your new, you might want to try another server. Cannith is the default server and new people tend to blindly pick that server.
