BF reconstruct SLA, some question

Hi folks,

Gonna try a bladeforged centered kensei build, and would like to know about the reconstruct SLA:

1- does quicken work with it?
2- does maximize/empower/empower healing work with it?
3- should I spend my skill points in repair?

regarding the maybe:

-At level 15, my BF character reconstructs for more than his total HP (just barely) with the base level 15 Ring of Master Artifice and the repair trinket.
-I still have a level or two of repair amp I can add to further increase it.
-As my HP pool gets larger, I'll have to repair earlier to go back to full HP; but, mobs will be hitting harder so that is smarter anyway.

My suggestion is that if you have the skill points left-over, by all means but I wouldn't skimp on something else needed for it. Repair is one of those frequently less expensive permutations on items; so if it has something else you want on it, it will be a nice bonus.

Reconstruction spellpower is on the other hand very important, since it is available in much higher values.
