Default Key Binds wont hold using a SSD.....

Why wont key binds hold when the game is installed on a solid state drive???

As soon as I log out to switch toons, Or quit the game all of the key binds are gone and it reverts back to default binds....

I've even tried copying my game folder from my SATA HD to the SSD and I still have no saved key binds... my SSD hasn't lost and doesn't lose any other info like this..

I don't need to reinstall the game every time I want to play it. It's just refusing to hold key binds and I'm sick of re entering my **** Key binds so have gone back to just using the SATA HD

This issue is so freaking annoying!

    Hey Lildude,

It's not your SSD, it's the file permissions. Your login account doesn't extend write permissions to DDO. You can solve this problem by forcing dndclient.exe and TurbineLauncher.exe to always run with Admin permissions. Right-click on each of those files, select "Properties" from the context menu, click the "Compatibility" tab, make sure the "Run this program as an Administrator" check box is ticked and press the OK button.

    That should fix it.
The newest computer can merely compound, at speed, the oldest problem in the relations between human beings, and in the end the communicator will be confronted with the old problem, of what to say and how to say it. - Edward R. Murrow (1964)
