Why I canceled the vip and cashed my card? I will hang payment

and has more ..... we pay to play and have to log in more than once to get online, thousands of bugs ("ladder" for example). do not you do us a favor, but a service.

The horrendous, game-killing ladder bug is that every so often when you get on a ladder your character will "hitch" and repeatedly bounce back down the ladder instead of climbing up it. It's easily fixed in half a second by jumping off the ladder and back on. But ain't nobody got time for dat.

its getting serious now. Turbine, people are cancelling subscriptions over ladder bugs. I suggest you remove all ladders from the game until they are properly fixed.
