Has the every light casts a shadow bug been fixed yet?

A while back I recall getting hit with negative levels (penetrating death ward no less), from a fellow party member using every light casts its shadow. Has this been fixed yet?
I'm considering a build heavy on Henshin, and it'd be nice to have a dark option, but that bug was a serious dealbreaker in my opinion.

I've put in bug reports about the effect, but I don't remember that it every pierced anyone with Death Ward in place--that's new to me.

That said, given that the Ninja Spy has a similar ability, which was similarly bugged but fixed early after the enhancements were released, I suspect this issue hasn't reached critical mass for a bug or it is working as intended.

If the effect breaks through Death Ward, which I've never seen happen, that's a clear bug.

The attack you mentioned, Every Light Casts a Shadow, has a slow cooldown of 12 seconds, making it harder to use in a finisher chain to apply the Touch of Despair neg-energy debuffer or other finishers that only the Mystic can do nowandays. So, most have used it for the neg-leveling effect only. While I have it on my Mystic, I've rarely used it for now.
