Not with named shuriken. That's still bugged. It works with random loot shuriken though as it always did.

The great news is that the critical threat range is fixed. So if you do have a high-damage loot-generated shuriken, it will throw off greater damage and apply Ninja Poison. I may have to do a test of this with some pirates...
