I am a returning player, or would like to be anyhow. I just reinstalled the game but every time I try to run it I get this

Try these options:
Update your video driver from www.nvidia.com It is a gtx630 (laptop?)
Rename your C:\Users\<username here>\Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online\userprefs.ini file to userprefs.bak and relaunch the game.
Reinstall the game from scratch.

When you go to launch the game and your computer bluescreens like that, it is a combatability issue with the named file. in this case it says ha20x2k.sys. Looking that file up, I found the following:

So perhaps your audio driver needs an update. Those should be at www.creative.com

Switch your audio output to software. Anything but Creative. (driver version didnt matter as far as i could test back using older drivers)

Creative drivers are known to have issues with DDO. (resulting in bluescreens).

How do I do that, I have tried everything else and nothing works, if I restart windows in safe mode and delete the file causing the issue then the game runs great but then the whole computer has no sound, I really want to find a fix for this

prob need to lower some settings .High graphics eat memory,my game did that blue screen a bit, before i lowered most settings that use more memory and effect performance
