toon transfers

So i put in a for a server transfer and got told they were not able to do it and were looking into why. . This was a last week sometime.. im just curious as to what could be interfearing with this.. or how many of you have had similar problems

Buddy of mine put in a toon transfer and had it completed in 24hrs

Im sure some more people have had the issue im facing.

Happened to both myself (On Joriel, still trapped on Orien) and my hu8sband (Betelgeuse on Orien). For whatever reason, those two particular toons failed to transfer three separate times, even though other toons from the same account made it from Orien to Sarlona.
