    Somewhere in between.

I think that there is a lot more use of channels these days then lfms.

I still see plenty of LFMs with the exception of a few dead level ranges. They just happen to be the exact level of the toon I want to play at any given time.

Still though I throw up an LFM and getting 4 or 5 other toons to join isn't a problem. Happens in pretty short order. seems like everyone wants to group but doesn't want to post an LFM .

Y and fault is in all the channel/guild grouping.

Recently i have noticed a bit more lfm's but they are all eh. Once newbs get bored to death, they will probably start leaving the game...

Such is the nature of this hamster wheel game i guess... Nobody is looking for a challenge, only a quick and easy tr.

The challenge is doing something like epic elite belly of the beast with a full party (or the new raids) and seeing if you can survive the mob spawn server lag.

I've noticed this as well, but i'm one of the ones who doesn't like to post an LFM.

I am seeing a few more EE LFMs up lately. I'm trying to get some ETRs in before U22 so ideally I'd like to join EE groups. IMO, the pug scene is really not as bad as it used to be on Thelanis, lately I've been running with some really good guilds and players. Bottom line, I think the players are there they just need to get over their shyness and post LFMs (looking at myself)

A few of us are around, but we have mostly been running trs together and doing 0 raids or pugging. Reason why we don't raid is because everyone wants you to "know it", sort if like that entry level job that wants experience.

Thanks for the pulse check, seems like it's still there, so no call for a TOD at this point.

Exactly, I've done the new raids but I'm still learning them. I'm certainly not in the "know it" group. Tbh, lol don't really want to be

I don't. Hit my raids up anytime you want. You'd have to play around Euro evening times, though.
Requiring people to 'know it' for enormal or ehard runs is insane. Pretty tough for a couple of newer players to mess up most raids, if the majority of the group has some idea of what's going on.

If the people who are getting so worked up on newer players, spent half that energy on just getting the quest/raid done, we'd all have a much better experience.

EE is a different story, although less and less with the powercreep we're having...

I through up LFM pugs most saturdays. Get mostly good groups with the typical person who doesn't understand what #nozerg means.

I'm in a somewhat similar situation. I tend not to post the LFM unless I can solo what I posted. For my primary toon, I post lots of EE LFMs and I cannot remember the last time we didn't get a completion. Problem is, my toons that need the LFMs the most are the ones I'm the least likely to post them on.

So I'm probably in the same boat and need to just get over it, but since I don't like to stand around waiting on the LFM to fill... I need to be able to solo the quests and post it as in progress... which re-enforces my behavior of only posting LFMs on toons that don't need it.

On the good side though, when I do post... I really don't care what build people bring. As long as they try the best they can with whatever they have... I'll either raise/bring to shrine and we keep trucking. That is the good side of only posting LFMs on stuff I can solo.
