Anyone know who the anti-new player person is that keeps buying up all the shield (10) and blur (10) wands then relisting them for 200,000 plat?

I mean seriously...this hurts new players because they can't afford them and most vets won't touch them because who would pay that, especially since you likely have some stocked up anyway.

Please if this is you...go back to listing thieves tools for 100k plat so you don't hurt new players.

At least you can buy shield/Blur scrolls.

Its anti-new player and bad for the game when something that should cost 2k to 5k is listed for 200k just because of someones ridiculous greed.

Yup...any time I have extra blur (10) and shield (10) wands I list them for a good price, but they are always snapped up and all that seems to be left lately is the crazy priced ones.
Its hard when you tell a newer player to use a shield wand to protect against magic missiles or blur to help reduce incoming damage for their mid level toons and then can't find any wands.

Wouldnt it be easier to use clickies?
I usually put wands for starting price on ah without buyout.

Really lame to do so but regarding to the new players, a umd of 38 for a lvl 10 blur wand is way high, they should be using scolls only umd 24
and 3 minutes is enough for a fight or 2, same with shield/nightshield scrolls.

Yes but clickies are not very common anymore. I personally hardly ever see them. So new players likely won't / can't have them.

Yes a base blur scroll or shield scroll / wand is easier for low levels, but when you get into mid levels many classes can either get enough UMD to use or its a class thing like clerics, wizards, sorcs, etc. can use them.

I sell my stacks of +5 Thieves tools for 3kpp on the Khyber AH.

I was very disappointed to find thieves tools for 1,200 to 1,500 on the AH. Was looking forward to paying between 10-50K. Oh well; I'll just buy em all up and relist for that price. Maybe I can sucker some unsuspecting new person to pay that much. Anyone interested in Thieves tools?

why would anyone pay that much for a l10 want that lasts 10 minutes when you can just buy the l1/2 wands in the marketplace and they last 5 minutes?

if someone pays the stupid high prices some folks list things for, thats NOT taking advantage of new players.. that would be taking advantage of idiots.
