Recently, I spent a feat exchange to try the new dragonmark enhancements, specifically the Half Elf.
Aside from how terrible every single enhancement actually is and how much of a waste dragonmark feats certainly are by now, I wanted to suggest at least some small way to improve the Dragonmark of the Storm.
My suggestion is to make Power of the Storm a toggled ability, and should be canceled by other stances.

For the cost of a feat slot and 8 enhancement points, this is what would happen:
Your attacks gain Shocking, +25 Electrical Spell Power, and you gain 10 temporary spell points any time you take electrical damage from a spell. You also gain +2 bonus to Reflex save, but suffer a -2 penalty to Caster Levels of Earth spells and -2 to your Fortitude Saves.

Otherwise, the entire dragonmark line is useless, and I was greatly disappointed, especially considering how nice the new racial enhancements are.
