Stat suggestions for Druid/Monk

Hi all.

My toon will have past lives of 1 barbarian and 1 monk. He only has +2 tomes for most stats, but a +5 for CON (I know I need to work on this).

I am interested in running a human monk(3)/druid(17) that will be mostly melee (heeling and pack enhancement spells). I would appreciate any suggestions on how to best distribute both my starting stat points, and where I should the additional points I get every four levels.

Druid Druid Build is a pretty straight forward Druid/Monk. Why I built it that way is above and below the post, and is a result of feedback from others.
