looking for pale master build for a life

Looking to do a past life wizard and prolly an epic from the arcane tree.

I've never done a pale master (several archmages and sorcs, but not PM).

Was thinking to do the standard necro spec pure wiz. Some other thoughts went toward enchantment spec or enchant as a secondary.

18wiz/2 rogue, but not sure if that is a good idea for DC based or epic.

Looking for ideas and links to recommended builds.

If you're just looking for a heroic PL, I would recommend staying pure; that gets you lvl 9 spells + lich form at lvl 18, where you will presumably park to XP-farm to 20.
