NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE , support, site, tech support anything regarding recent ban.

Hello Im trying to get help, i can't find any other place to posts this, i have invested hundreds of dollars into this game. My account was temporarily hacked and stolen by a disgruntled friend of mine about a week or so ago, he actually took my information down from my computer when i wasn't looking and logged into my account and changed all the information, password, contact info, I submitted a ticket and since then was actaully able to get my account back from the said individual and put the contact info and email contact to the way it has been for years, i changed my password and i even changed my email password so it wouldn't happen again and I have been able to play for several days up until two days ago. I just get back from being out of town haven't played and I go to log in and can't, the tech support said my account was banned and wouldn't tell me why, only that she would turn my ticket to the ban department. I cannot get any response and I know this shouldnt take this long. I really would appreciate it if someone at turbine or a dm could take the few mins to address my issue. I was never contacted by anybody through email, phone or anything informing me of this. Can someone please take the five minutes to help me get back online or a refund of the expansion packs and items i purchased since my account is banned, that way i can use that money to start playing something else if the issue can't be resolved.
