I've just made a brand new l20 Druid (using Otto's Heroic Box) and as I'm fairly new I don't have any idea of a decent weapon or where to get it.
Any help you could give would be great

What kind of druid are you doing? There are five primary kinds of druids:
Caster Druid (all spells all the time)
Melee Flame Blade Druid (doesn't need a weapon, mostly a flavor build)
Melee Wolf Form Druid (You should have monk levels and be using monk weapons)
Melee Shillelagh Druid (uses a quarterstaff)
Melee Bear Form Druid (is shockingly bad, reroll)

Flame Blade is probably your best bet then, since it uses your caster stat to hit and damage as well as its other properties.
At least until you can do some challenges, or find something better.

A 2nd level Druid Spell
Description:
Summons a scimitar of fire that does fire damage instead of slashing damage, and uses the wielder's Wisdom instead of Strength for determining attack and damage bonuses. The user can chose to summon a single scimitar or two for dual wielding. The swords are automatically equipped when created. At caster level 1, it has a +1 enhancement bonus and the flaming effect. Every five caster levels the summoned swords improve. Because they are an extension of the caster's will, monks may use these weapons without becoming uncentered. The flame blade is not a physical weapon, but rather pure flame shaped by the caster's will; because of this, it is snuffed out if unequipped.
Flame Blade enchantments by caster level:
+1 Flaming (caster level 1)
+2 Flaming Burst (caster level 5)
+3 Flaming Burst, Flaming Blast (caster level 10)
+4 Flaming Burst, Flaming Blast, Blinding Embers (caster level 15)
+5 Flaming Burst, Flaming Blast, Blinding Embers, Incineration (caster level 20)
Note that these aren't great weapons, even at level 20, but they have the virtue of being free. Note also that many enemies are resistant or immune to fire and that applies to flame blade damage.
Hmmm. This may come out as a little abrasive, but if you are actually new to DDO, and you aren't desperately trying to catch up with friends already in-game, I'd really recommend playing from the start.
DDO isn't like a lot of MMOs: there isn't much of an endgame. Rushing to get there is only going to strand a character there without much to do, particularly since you will be missing the resources, capabilities and knowledge that the other characters there got from at least one playthrough from 1-20.
If you've already used the stone, you're kind of stuck. If you haven't, I'd suggest holding off, starting a character at level 1 and playing through the game, learning as you go, until you have a good idea of what works and what doesn't.
Its generally best to accept that your first couple of characters will be pretty bad, unless you just copied them from a guide.
That having been said, if you really want to stick with your Druid, your Wolf, Summons and potentially hireling can all help out.
Quest rewards are tailored for your class, and are the same whether you do the quest on Casual or Elite. Get a bunch of those, and you will likely have some useful things from them.
There's a lot more that goes into doing decent melee DPS than just picking the right weapon. If you just want something to swing while your spells are on cooldown, Flame Blade will do the trick, particularly if you're pure druid; but if you didn't invest any feats into melee, your DPS will still be subpar. OTOH, diverting feats / stat pts for better melee might gimp your spellcasting. It's all about having a plan before you make your char.

Astreya the Unturning
It's always a shame when the hammer of poor design choices smashes the fun of player tactical adaptation.
As general gameplay advice, you'd probably be well off to go and do some lower level quests - maybe in the low teens- that shouldn't be a huge challenge for you at 20, even ungeared. That will give you a sense of some of the gameplay and mechanics in a relatively forgiving context, and the ability to make a small bit of money from selling the loot you get. Do that for a bit and stock up from teh Auction House on the most basic items to boost your effectiveness a litte, then repeat.
If and when you're ready tio tackle slightly tougher (but not overly hard) tasks to get some decent, basic named items, you have a few options in the Forgotten Realms section of the game - note that you will need to buy access to those areas and quest packs if you haven't already.
Druids's Deep:
Go to this link: http://ddowiki.com/page/Update_15_named_items and scroll about halfway down the page to the The Druid's Deep adventure pack items. You can run a series of 4 quests on normal difficulty (only level 15) and at the end you will have a chance at the level 15 versions of the items shown, a few of which are aimed at Druids. Not great, but easy to get and better than most random items around your level.
Eveningstar Commendation Turn-Ins:
Go to this link: http://ddowiki.com/page/Update_14_named_items and scroll about halfway down the page to Eveningstar Commendation Turn-Ins. There is a range of equipment here that is quite good for early epic levels, covering off a variety of needs, and none of it costs any money. No great weapons for you, but lots of other things you can use.
You just need to collect a number of Commendations of various kinds, which can be found in the chests of rare encounters in the Kings Forest and High Road wilderness area. The High Road has a lower and higher difficulty level, and the Commednations drop in both. I believe that they also can be found in the end rewards list of the first set of Eveningstar epic quests.
Finally, note that you can also get Commendations as the reward for finishing the Druid Chain described above.
The Stout Oak Walking Stick and the Implement of the Deep Woods are both quite useful for a level 20 druid.
