Windows is messed up, I'm going to nuke and pave and I would prefer not to do the huge download again. Since nothing is wrong with the game is there any way I can save all or even most of the installation?

I copied my DDO folder to a USB drive. I can move the drive around to other computers and run DDO from it without issues. You may want to check your user folder in case some important config files are stored there (e.g., your keymappings), but backing up your game folder should suffice.
I Cannith-craft (150 levels in all schools) for free on Thelanis if you provide all needed materials.

You can yes.
Copy your DDO installed folder and DDO folder from My Documents to your external drive.
When reinstalling them put them both back to original location (Can't remember if installed location really matters) then run vcredist_x86 and vcredist_x86_VC8_SP1 from the 3rd part folder in the DDO installation folder. It might try to update a few other things on first run but if you pay attention to what it's updating you may find that item is already in the 3rd party folder.
My Toons:
DWP - Fighter, Olur Takun - Barbarian, Perddy Elfie - Artificer, Tamqil Jemhar - Ranger
Thanks to both of you.
